Choice of location for 2 hours

Your choice of location at Hearthside - banquet hall, chapel, or garden. Decor setup and cleanup is required to be accomplished within your 2 hour window. Additional hourly rental beyond allotted time is available for $300 per hour (cannot extend later than 1 PM on weekends).

Weekend ceremonies must conclude by 1 PM

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ceremonies wrap by 1 PM.

Customized set-up

Our staff will set up chairs for 1 ceremony. No dining activities are permitted with ceremony only rentals.

An Event Host

A host on site for your entire event to help ensure that your event will run smoothly and be stress-free.

Groom's Room

Groom's have a private space to prepare and store belongings.

The Bride's Room

Brides and her attendants have a private space to prepare and relax in our Bride’s room.
