Witches Brew Event Liability Waiver

Thank you for participating in the "Witches Brew" event, hosted in Eden, Utah. This waiver is intended to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply to you and any guests for whom you have purchased tickets.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I acknowledge that my participation, as well as the participation of any guests for whom I have purchased tickets, in the "Witches Brew" event, which includes but is not limited to workshops, vendor interactions, food consumption, and dancing, may involve risks of injury, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. I understand these risks and assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to myself or my guests.

2. Health and Safety

I confirm that both I and my guests are in good physical health and capable of participating in the activities at the event. I understand that it is my responsibility, and that of my guests, to manage any physical limitations and avoid activities that may pose a risk to health.

3. Assumption of Responsibility

I agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, including the Hearthside, sponsors, vendors, venue owners, staff, and volunteers, from any liability, claims, damages, or legal actions arising from my participation or the participation of my guests in the "Witches Brew" event, including, but not limited to, personal injury, accidents, or illness.

4. Food and Beverage Consumption

I acknowledge that the event will offer food and beverages, and I assume all responsibility for any food allergies, sensitivities, or adverse reactions for myself and my guests that may occur from consuming food or drinks provided by vendors at the event. It is my responsibility to communicate any specific dietary restrictions to the vendors directly on behalf of myself and my guests.

5. Vendor and Workshop Participation

I understand that participation in vendor booths and workshops is voluntary for both myself and my guests. I acknowledge that any items purchased or advice received from vendors are the responsibility of myself and my guests, and I will not hold the event organizers liable for any issues arising from these transactions.

6. Lost Property

I acknowledge that I and my guests are responsible for any personal belongings we bring to the event. The event organizers, vendors, or venue staff are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property during the "Witches Brew" event. I understand that any items found during or after the event will be held at the venue’s lost and found for a limited time.

7. Media Release

By attending the event, I grant permission, on behalf of myself and my guests, for our images, voices, or likenesses to be used in promotional materials, photographs, videos, or media coverage of the event without compensation.

8. Contagious Illness Acknowledgment

I understand that there may be an inherent risk of exposure to contagious illnesses in any public place where people are present. I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure on behalf of myself and my guests, and we agree to comply with any safety measures put in place during the event.

9. Purchaser Responsibility for Guests

By purchasing tickets for others, I acknowledge that I am authorized to sign this waiver on behalf of my guests and that I have made them aware of the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver. I accept full responsibility for ensuring their compliance with these terms.

10. Agreement to Terms

 I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions in this waiver on behalf of myself and any guests for whom I have purchased tickets. I voluntarily waive any right to hold the event organizers or affiliated parties responsible for any harm or loss incurred by myself or my guests during the "Witches Brew" event.
