Exclusive Use Of The Venue For 5 Hours

Decor setup and cleanup is required to be accomplished within your 5 hour window. Additional hourly rental beyond allotted time is available for $200 per hour.

Use of kitchen (for self catered events), includes – counter space for food staging, ovens for warming, refrigerator and freezer

Seating for 100 guests

Customized set-up of our tables and chairs

Our staff will set up and break down tables and chairs to your specifications for 1 event activity. Mid-event furniture transitions eg. luncheon, cocktails, indoor to outdoor dining, etc will be an additional cost depending on setups required.

Linens, in your choice of select colors and size, for up to 12 round tables and 4 banquet tables.

A host on site for your entire event to help ensure that your event will run smoothly and be stress-free.

Select from our collection of house centerpieces in select styles and combinations for up to 12 tables.

The Bride's Room

Brides and her attendants have a private space to prepare and relax in our Bride’s room.
